In order to help the 25th graduating class gain a deeper understanding of the core business system of the enterprise, intuitively feel the company's situation and industry scale, and build a global thinking, on April 9, 2025, our carefully planned "Dede to Dena, Co create the Future" 25th graduating class factory exploration activity officially kicked off. The integration of activities and training room expansion, as well as on-site visits to the factory area, will lead newcomers to explore the development of the enterprise through a dual track approach of theory and practice.

At the beginning of the event, Jing Yanyan, Senior Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, used her own growth trajectory as a starting point to tell the transformation process from inexperienced exploration in the workplace to breaking through management bottlenecks. The vivid story resonated strongly with newcomers. In the "Confession Bureau" segment, newcomers share their name origins and laugh to dissolve their sense of unfamiliarity with each other. The competitive segment pushes the atmosphere to a climax, with "Decoding Dynamic" testing the company's knowledge shorthand, "Listening to music and recognizing music" competing for responsiveness, and "Copy without distortion" enhancing tacit understanding through physical performance. After three rounds of fierce competition, the Red and Black teams drew 20:20. The Red team captain Chen Xin, with his sense of joy, won the playoff and secured the victory with a one point advantage.

The afternoon factory exploration tour visited both the epoxy factory area and the alcohol ether factory area. In the epoxy plant area, Chen Ming, the senior operations supervisor of epoxy, provided a detailed introduction to the basic situation of the ethylene oxide plant and the complex and orderly production process of the large-scale chemical industry. Arriving at the alcohol ether factory, Jing Yong, an alcohol ether process engineer, warmly led everyone and stopped in front of the fully automatic filling production line. He proudly introduced, "This digital intelligent filling station is a benchmark for domestic equipment, with comprehensive performance benchmarking imported equipment. Since its commissioning, the filling capacity has been greatly improved, with an increase of 37.5% compared to before.

The last stop of the factory exploration came to the R&D center, where the resin project leader guided everyone to visit the precision instrument laboratory. The high-precision testing equipment equipped here silently but powerfully demonstrated the innovation strength of the enterprise.
